A man comes out of the bathroom and gets in bed with his wife.
Snuggling up to the wife hoping to get some he's not surprised when the wife says "Not tonight I've got a headache."
With a smile the husband whispers in her ear "Good thing for you I was just in the bathroom powdering my dick with aspirin. How would you like it? Orally or as a suppository?"
