My wife had her tubes tied during her c section because they took my son 8 weeks early because she had a huge blood clot and needed surgery. SHE STILL WANTS ME TO GET A VASECTOMY! I told her no freakin way! She says there is still a chance she could get pregnant again. Pull out, problem fixed!

Good luck. It is no big deal. i had mine done 18 years ago and some discomfort the first day but nothing major!
