Hey, I see what you mean. Nice C500, that is probably the one from the road test that was also on Youtube (Hosted by Bud Linderman). Thanks for mentioning it.  :2thumbs:

Yup - the "P1970" plate. It originally had an Argent tail panel - the youtube one looks organasol.

Any Idea where you cold have a P1970 plate made?  I think it would look real cool on the ad car. Plus since it had one already, why not again?

I had a couple made a few years ago...You just have to play with the fonts to get the look right. OK - OK - No more 'Cuda stuff - But you can use the plate on a 'Bird! I did this fake promo (spot the typo?) with my car a few years ago.

Ask the guy who's buying the fe5 Hemi 'cuda of your friends.  He restored and sold one of those pilot 'cuda's.

That Hemi Cuda also appears to have Road Wheels on it (Magnum 500's) which IIRC could only be had on base model Barracudas in 70.  You have to love those prototype press cars and all their little quirks.

Looks to me like the same car in the Bud L video as well. Hard to say for sure though, as they would have been testing 2 seperate 500's that day, 1 4 speed and 1 AT. And being that both were HEMI cars that were R4 red, with white tail stripes its hard to tell them apart.
