The spacers vary but typically they are about an inch.  How far from the rad is the fan now?

westcoastdodge

not got the fan on at the moment but the end of the spacer its about half inch from the rad ill have to take the rad out to unscrew the bolts fully  :eek2:

Thats too close, the fan blades themselves you want about an inch from the rad.

You may have to do what I did.I had to machine the spacer to 9/16" to get enough clearence.A 1" spacer is the shortest availiable.

my fan spacer is 2 inch now so thinking   machine 1 inch off it and fit some shorter bolts and will be in buisness cheers guys
