Ha ha, how true.  That car is ugly, I'd walk too.  I'd love to own an electric car and can't wait for the Chevy Volt to be released.  I really want to drive a Hydrogen car.  Clean, no coal plant, and water exhaust for the thirsty.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

I'll stick to my Diesel Burning, Smoke Blowing, Enviro Killer Cummins Diesel thank you very much. :icon_smile_big:

That car just looks stupid. :eek2:

Don't forget entire species of fish dying out because of all our damns up here.

But hey, we're stumbling over a dollar to save a dime.

That right there is why they can't sell electric vehicles. It goes 0-60 in all of 12.5 seconds and has a range of 30 miles. For people in the city that may work but if you live in a decent city you've got better/cheaper transportation. So what if it fits in parking spaces where other vehicles won't fit? Most cities have parking problems as it is so you have to find a spot first. I'm so glad it's American made though...

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

"Oh shag my baybay" that austin power's enemy Goldfinger's car from "The Spie Who Shagged Me" when austin saved his dad from being laserd in half.
Let it alone^.

I wonder if they would take a 40 year old muscle car for trade?  :scratchchin:

bull

That car is not for the average person who wants to save money, it's for the militant greenies who want to make a statement. When you drive something like that it shows the world you care about the environment more than anyone else (whether it's true or not). Just imagine how much more green you'd look than the guy driving a Prius when you pull up next to him at a stoplight? You could sit there with a proud smile on your face and think, "that guy cares about harmful emissions but I REALLY care so I'm better than he is, and I'm way better than all these other people driving around in SUVs."

I get it Bull, it's the green version of the phallic symbol, sort of like their way of saying my penis is way smaller than yours and my self help book says thats okay.

i particularly liked this bit..

"(You can encourage environmentally friendlier habits as spectators adore your NmG in the parking lot.) You can bask in the approval of the other drivers who admire your new high-speed, high-power "toy""

And that interior fit and finish is simply AWESOME! it'll really wow all your passengers,..
   wait..  :shruggy:

Huh, that's interesting.
Those cars were originally designed & manufactured by Corbin (maker of custom motorcycle seats) & used Harley (S&S) engines for a powerplant. http://www.corbin.com/sparrowseat.shtml
They went out of business a few years back (mostly because they're fugly ;D ), so I assume this current company has bought the rights to the body design & are now making them to sell? :shruggy:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

16K for something that goes 30 miles every 8 hours?  I'll just take my motorcycle if i need to be more environmentally conscious....

thanks, but no thanks....put that ugly pos back in the garage.....

i bet it would look good parked in front of the worlds smallest house though....they're both appropriately overpriced :2thumbs:
Remember the average response time to a 911 call is over 4 minutes.

The average response time of a 357 magnum is 1400 FPS.
