Hi, I am new to the board.  I just recently started working on my Charger and found a build sheet with a different vin.  I would be happy to reconnect the sheet with the owner.  It looks like it might have been a mistake at the factory, build date is the day before mine.  The vin is XP29G8G242978.

Welcome, David! While this site does not specifically have a lost and found build sheet forum, you can go to either Moparts http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/postlist.php?Cat=0&Board=Lost or forbbodies only http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/forumdisplay.php?f=35 to post the information. And also, ultimately, on the new '68 registry (coming next year, sometime....)

By chance did you find a correct build sheet for your car besides the incorrect one?

Hello David or Ted or tan top or ????
Welcome aboard

I'm Mike, no doubt about it.

my 68 had the build sheet of an identically optioned charger with a slightly different VIN under the back seat. I have heard this is very common to have a buildsheet in you car the is your.
