I enjoy watching the old TV programs I grew up with as a kid. Adam 12, Emergency, Dragnet, etc. I've started to notice a lot of Chargers inadvertently caught during filming. Here are pictures of some I've captured off the TV.

Wow  :o  Great job, thanks for sharing all that.  I remember watching Manix, they always had Mopars and a T5 ( I think ) bronze 69 R/T comes rumbling past a guard gate.
Now go find that one please. :icon_smile_big:
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Cool pics.

And good eye.  Some of those must've been pretty brief & small to spot.

Sometimes it really gets interesting because studios might use the same car repeatedly.  If it's a controlled scene and the car is being driven by a crewmember on the shoot, then the car is likely part of the fleet of cars that the studio or producers had on hand.  Those cars are liable to show up in half a dozen different productions and wear multiple colors, etc.

The only surviving intact General Lee that Warner Bros still had in 1991 was repainted and used in "Forever Young."   It was later re-GL'd and showed up in the subsequent DOH productions in modern times.  Several other GLs weren't so lucky; they got sprayed black & bashed up for a TV movie in 1986.

There was a "Herbie" 1963 Beetle that showed up in some background traffic in "Knight Rider" a few times.  They had only wiped off the "53" numbers.  It was still wearing the off-white paint & racing stripes at the time.

Which tv movie bashed up the GL's Mike?

It was called "Gladiator" Others showed up in TJ Hooker, Street Hawk, the short lived (A couple episodes) "Six Pack" TV series.

Can't think of any more right now, But the cars in TJ Hooker and Street hawk wore tan interiors and Vector wheels and the car in Six Pack was even orange, just no numbers or flag. Then there is the car(s) from Knight Rider.

UFO

I had posted some screencaps of a '69 in a Get Smart episode.
There on here somewhere.

They must have been a popular car in So Cal back in the day.  I spotted a 69 Super Bee once on Hawaii Five-O but theres no way I could tell you which episode.
