Have a few questions about 1969 GTXs

I found a '69 GTX today. I've been doing a little research. I was hoping that the color of the bulge hood insert could tell you if the car had an air grabber or not. From what I understand the color depends if the car had the performance hood stripes or not. Does anyone know if steel wheels were just an option or did steel wheels come with only certain options/one of the two engine options? The center caps (is that the correct term?) on this car aren't the typical dog dishes they stick out further and have the Plymouth emblem in the center. Unfortunately the pictures I have won't show much detail.

If the hood insert is orange on a 69 then it should be an air grabber AFAIK but it'd be easy to tell just by checking for the ducting underneath or if the insert has a closed or open section under it.  The insert is black on a non air grabber hood.  Steel wheels were standard but I'm not too sure about which hubcaps were optional with which models.
