Tire size ?

I have 4 15x8.5 older vector wheels. I am wanting to put BFG tires thinner ones on the front and wider ones on the rear. Can someone tell me what tire sie to run on them. Thanks for the help!

I'd run 275/60s on the back and 255/60s on the front.

I have 15x8's on the rear of my 71. I have BFG's 275/60/15's. They were pretty much the widest i was advised to go and they look great.

whats the offset?  i used to run 255/60's rear and 235/60's front....i tried to go 245 on the front once, but they rubbed before full lock, so pay close attention to your offset......
