custom plate time!!

While the charger is in the body shop getting un-dented, i have extra time on my hands.  I have been wanting to get rid of my "68chargr" vanity plates for quite a while now.  I figure now is the perfect time.  I am thinking along the lines of how the car got smacked up and will now be whole again...

yeah i like immortal      as its exactly what  most of our cars are now !! i'm betting  a good few have out lived their first owners !!! & look at these cars today ...on the most part  ..faster ..look better ..in some cases  .. & stronger .

       That is a good one ,"rechrged" . You are lucky to get that many characters to write with,here in CT for the early american vanity plate you only get 5 spaces and if you have numbers to letters it automatically gets spaced by a dot and that dot counts as a space,and can only seperate once!!!!! Leaves you not alot of options for a vanity name plate,as 69chargerrtse(Rob) got SE.RT because RTSE was already taken,I would have wanted that one too.
     Good luck getting that plate,sounds like a real good choice.

I dunno, personally I think your idea is a short term thing, as your car wont be reborn very long. If you want a vanity plate i would go with a theme more permanent. When people ask you what your plate means 2 years down the road are you going to still be telling the same story?. I would go with a plate describing your car and not a fender bender. My 2 cents

There's a local guy in town that will make up any thing you want on a custom frame.  Some of the looks on the faces of hybred owners are priceless when they pull up behind me at a stop.  Bob

Sorry to let you in on this little secret, but the 69CHARGR plates will NOT stop people from asking what year it is.  I just tell them it's a 70 with a Hemi6packflite and call it a day.

If and when I change the plates, I will let you know.  i will let you know on the parts. I just got the grill part i needed.  you wouldn't happen to have an front bumper brackets?  I need the two on the driver's side. 

also, rechrged works long term because it's a charger and recharged is a common phrase used in society.
