Check the ones that are easily accessable and if they're holding  then leave it. If they've loosened off, re-torque the rest.  :Twocents:

On a side not, keep watch on your header bolts.

I've tightened mine a couple of times on my Eddy's with TTI headers, and recheck them periodically.   I tighten them after the car has set outside all night, first thing in the morning when everything is good and cool.

On that point mopar hound.

I've noticed this clicking sound that started after driving it for a while. First it only seemed to happen over 4000 rpms then it started happening earlier.

I'm hoping its an exhasut leak but it dosnt sound like one. I'm going to tighet them when it gets cooler. If it was something worse I'm sure the car would've grenaded by now just drove 2 hours with it.....

I had leaks where my TTI's joined with the exhaust system.  The guy that hung my exhaust system didn't use lock washers, and both sides were leaking, had blown out the cheaper paper gaskets.

Think I bought the Moroso(?) metal gaskets and put new nuts, bolts, and lock washers on, no leaks since.

I've been using copper collector gaskets for some time now and they're great.  I think mine are Mr. Gasket and I've even reused them a number of times.

I put exhaust studs in my E-heads and just use regular felpro or ultraseal header gaskets with the TTI's and haven't had a problem.    I just used stainless lock washers and nuts and I don't even think I've ever had to retorque anything.
