Hey everyone. I found a macho power wagon. I have wanted one of these for ever. I might trade my little 440 extra cab short box for it.  What do you think?

It is a factory sun roof truck too.
I will post a few pix of the other truck soon.

What does the truck that you are thinking of trading look like.

Looks like a nice collection of Mopars in that dudes yard as well
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Dude, old mopar trucks are WAY WAY under  appreciated. :rotz:

The  Macho  Power  Wagon  is  one of  my  favorite,  right  after  the Midnight  Express. Guys put Cummins into these  too, and  those make great trucks. I  want one  of  these  real bad. :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:

PICK  THAT  BABY UP!!!! :punkrocka: :punkrocka: :punkrocka:

MAN I'd love to have one of those trucks. There is a Deputy Sherrif here that has a Yellow one, I sold him ALL of the weatherstrips and Window trim for the truck when I was at the Dodge dealer.  Nobody else would take the time to help the guy and actually use the BOOK instead of the computer..

Know what I learned, EVERYTHING except for the WINDOW FUZZYS were the same thing as the trucks up to 93!  And ALL of it was still available. This was 2001.

would be cheaper and easier to just paint your current truck and buy some stickers. the MACHO was just a dress-up option. nothing really special. the front axles on those old truck are pure garbage. the wheel bearing are alway junk and are expensive to replace. the 203 cas is no screeming hell either.

my old truck. was an original MACHO with a 360 auto. i rebuilt the truck and installed a cummins/5spd. all 1 ton running gear too.

This is what I am trading for it. This is a 75 dodge extra cab with a 440 auto. It was a old man truck till I got it in 04. It has 101K on it.

THAT IS AWESOME!!!!! THAT IS WHAT I WANT TO DO!
Did you  use the running gear from a 1 ton 91-93 ram?  That is  what I have  seen. :2thumbs:
Also, how did you get the  5-spd  floor swap? Custom tunnel?

HEy, is it a 79 or 80?

tripleblkr/t

looks like an 80 with the black out grill.

I have always liked the looks of the Macho Trucks. I want to paint my '76 Club cab up like that but the maroon interior wouldn't look right IMO.

We picked up a '76 Warlock 4 x 4 with a factory 440 and it is originally Sunburst Orange. It is supposed to be one of two built in that color with the 440. The truck is solid but needs to be restored.
