Ive done searching and read a few threads but I'm still a little confused.
Is anyone offering some sort of complete kit for exterior screws/nuts/bolts/fasteners/clips for 1968 chargers?
From what Ive found on here there is some place known as Mr. Gs that does interior kits, though they are incorrect as to factory specs, and other places like R/T specialties where you have to buy them all separately.
Personally, I couldn't care less about factory looking hardware just as long as it fits, it's shiny, and it's sturdy. Even though I did bag n' tag everything I took off the car it's rare Ill have bag with everything matching, let alone being all there.

They offer a great reference guide and links to suppliers that sell some kits and pretty much all of the fasteners you'll need.
I bought the reference book and it's great. I had a lot of stuff come to me in boxes along with my Charger. Now I can figure out what they're for and decide whether or not I want to freshen them up and re-use them or just replace them.

I salvaged as many of the 'special' fasteners I could, primarily the shanked ones, then I bought all the 'kits' as well to get new pushnuts and so on. but, wherever possible, I replaced the original fasteners, especially in hidden areas with 8 strike stainless steel ones for strength.

the real problem is going to be getting decent trim screws ets with the correct bevels and so on, the carious kits are all different and none are 'correct' so I would salvage as many of the trim fasteners as possible.

by far the best general kits I have are from ANT.
