back glass trim

I went to install the back glass trim and ran into problems.
The bottom piece fit nice and locked into the clips, But both qtr pieces were out of shape and I could not get them to lock in.
When I start the side, The top is way out of line.
I tried to ( very carefully ) bend them back to shape but That is not working.
Has Anyony had this problem and is there a fix.
