The mayor of a city just west of Toronto rode her bike to work yesterday. A 7km ride.

She's 87.

Here's a story about her getting ready. She was on the news last night showing her arriving at City Hall. She was a little wobbly on the bike at slow speeds but she caught herself twice and she gave an interview or two after the ride.

You should see her drive...

At least I think she's still driving. She was about 5 or 6 years ago. It was scary and inspiring at the same time.

I've never met Tuffy, but I'm guessing that's too much milk for just one kitty.     I'm afraid that we would loose him if he tried to hit it.

You still riding to work?

Yes. I'm not usually able to do it five days a week but always at least three and usually four. It just depends what we have going on in the evening. I don't know if I'll be doing it this winter.
