I was missing the family pet since I moved out here so I was looking around and I found her up for adoption. I found her on Craigslist believe it or not she was just like the Belvedere the ad was there then it went away and came back so I knew she was the pet to get. She is a rescue cat the lady brought her in after feeding her for a while. She is about a year old and is  very timid but seemed to warm up to me pretty fast. And when I do come back to the mainland she will be coming with me.

Thanks and she says hi to everyone.  She surprised last night me because when I first went to look at her she would just stay as far away from me as she could but last night she was sitting by me all night and eventually fell asleep in my lap and as soon as I start to pet her she begins to purr. Also the lady I got her from said she couldn't jump because one of her paws is slightly deformed well, this morning she heard one of the stray cats outside and jumped into the blinds trying to see the other cat.

What is the deal with shipping animals?  Will they let you carry her on the plane?  I've heard stories of dogs dying in the cargo area of a plane because they weren't allowing the passenger area.

We have almost always had cats.  We had two until one died at the age of 22 and the other at 19.  Then we got our first dog, and about year ago we got another cat.
