 Going over to Michigan tonight after work to pick up 2 doors from Montana for my car..$500 usd for the pair..they are rust free! Apparently this fella has one of the infamous 1968 BENGAL CHARGER r/t's that he is in the midst of restoring. I'm bringing my camera so I'll snap some photos for you guys/gals to look at. It's about an hour drive for me once I cross the Bridge here in Sarnia Ontario Canada...sounds like this guy has a great wealth of knowledge & sources for my resto part needs..he has a whack of NOS stuff he's collected over the years. He is also selling a 1970 Coronet that is a factory 4 speed & Air car! Seems rare to me..... asking $12,000???

Hey man thats awesome! You are doing a great job on that 68! Thanks so much for posting the pics, It helps us out a lot to see how is done and the see how the AMD parts fit! BTW.... I think it will need an 01 on the side.... :nana: just kidding

Funny the drivers door is my factory color ;) The passenger needs a minor dent along the bottom fixed but otherwise they are great shape....great for $500/pair imo...

Well he had so much stuff piled on top of the car that it wasn't worth a pic or 2...It's primered & needs alot of assembly which could be years away now as the kids have to go to school :'( Sorry leon....

A Road Runner just got back from the paint shop & he is finishing it up before continuing on my car as of 3 weeks ago. I just got back from Mexico so I'm going to see what has happened if anything over the last week. don't worry I'll post anything asap :cheers:

Lots o progress but I'm waiting for some pics to share with everyone. My Inner Fender Braces & Frame Connectors from XV MOTORSPORTS are in transit shipping wise. Time to get the motor figured out ..Thinking of an Edelbrock package for the 440..Carb,Intake,Heads & cam..any suggestions?

went over to Michigan to pick up my XV order that came in last week..Frame connectors  ,Inner fender support braces..now to get the to the builder..hopefully will have some pics to share this week of other progress.

So my doors are all ready to paint but the had some hidden treasures to get them right...nothing major.  The doors have been lined up,the trunk is primed & my front clip ready to go on. Next he plans to cut out the floor & put the new AMD one in & install my XV sub-frame connectors. I also am getting the innner fender support braces installed before the fenders go on...duuh  :icon_smile_blackeye: Getting a wee bit closer..

BTW thats my old a$$ end etc in the last 2 pics :laugh:
