Until the motor & Tranny are in Shawn isn't going to worry to much about the gaping issues like on the passenger door & the hood/fender. Being that the AMD stuff isn't an exact as OE he seems to think that people will notice these areas down the line. I for one couldn't give a rats A$$ as I plan on driving it any way I want as it will be no trailer queen :icon_smile_cool: Also I don't know of any 68's in my area to compare it 2.....

I just bought my matching numbers 68 383 727 charger a week ago. And when i began to take it apart realized i had a big project on my hands.  You know that moment where you step back get a beer and realize there is a long road ahead.  But then you read this thread and it totally makes you want it that much more. One hell of a job on this car, i hope to see this car is a magazine very very soon. If it isn't shame on them.

Here is a pic of my car 3 days ago when i bought it.

Waiting on the parts to arrive like vinyl roof, interior, carpet, console, some glass etc. Decided to see what these BOSS? wheels looked like that were going on a Cuda he had at the shop..18" not sure if they are to FOOSE like for me or a nice blend of old/new school :shruggy: A few pics for you..going up tomorrow to see it in person.

That's a good lookin' wheel.  There was a similar wheel I was looking at.  Those look like a modern version of torq thrust D's.

Thats nice!

My '70 wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy rougher than that though  :o
