Hi

I´m locking for coilovers that fits the stock front suspension on a 69
charger

I don't want to replace the K-frame or the control arms.
And I´m thinking about leaving the tortion bars where they are!

Any ideas will be appreciated!!

You want to lighten the front with the coilovers why leave the torsion bars?  Wanna buy a tube Chassis Charger   :scratchchin: :shruggy:

I just want it stiff.
And when I dragrace it I can easy change back to regular shocks for traction!

Get 1.06 T-bars tighen when you go to the race and back off when you leave....... :icon_smile_wink:

Thanks for your inputs!

But I´m not sure I´follow you here, do you mean tractionbars?
I´m just talking about the front end here!

In the rear I allready have 4-link and coilovers.

Hope I´m not looking like a fool here :icon_smile_big:

I mean stiffer Torsion Bars......  not traction bars.  Dont worry I could see the error.

HERE IS A REALLY LIGHT FRONT END.... I can pick this off the ground as is in this pic.

Price would be dependent on what you want with the car.  I do have, 12gallon fuel cell twin electirc pumps, remote water pump(purple thing in the pic), Ron Davis Racing Raditor.  I guess again it all depends on what you would want.

The chassis is Chrome moly, tube, with a Chris Alston Chassisworks back half, right now the narrowed dana has 4:56 grears with a spool and wilwood discs.

All the stiff springs in the world won't help if the chassis itself is flexing all over the place.

Just something to think about.

I probably wont by the car from you anyway (haven't finished this car yet after 4.5 years).
But if so I would want the car as compleat as possible!
I´m just curious of the price!

My car is pretty stiff in the chassis.
At least for being a car without a rollcage!

A lots of reinforcements has been made over the years!
