I have seen this topic several times on several forums (not just Mopar). Other than the gentleman from Florida are there any others that will perform this task? The only issue with him is it will take 12 to 18 months (I know from experience) and unless you knock on his door you will not get a reply. Somebody needs to step up and break up this monopoly.
