I found these hanging up in my garage - I have searched all the pics I could but can't figure out what they are off of.... any help would be greatly appreciated.

they look like off the shelf after market replacement spinner centers  :shruggy:

Is there threads on the inside?
Look like real knock-offs.

No threads - just a single bolt from the spinner part through the cup....really don't know... center looks like it would take a stick on badge but..  :shruggy:

those are fake aftermarket like J.C. Whitney stuff, they were not actually offered on any car. the winged knock offs were deemed too dangerous by the DOTS for the 1970 model year, but prior to that they could be found on corvettes and wire wheel Jags - the Mercedes SL 300s and many Italian makes like ferraris and lambos with the Borranni wire wheels. They could still be bought aftermarket and added to some regular lug nut attached rims.
i think that was pretty common on custom cars up till the late '70s.
