the car still has the original exhaust with the factory h-pipe. the frame rails are very nice. the floorboards are very nice. I have the original numbers matching motor and tranny. The car has been tore apart and parked since 1985.  Power steering and brakes.  Black vinyl top. The car started out silver in color.  72,000 miles  Will post pictures of car as it progresses.

Silver, black trim and NO stripe, COOL setup. I'd like to have one like that myself. Definitely different and VERY pretty combo.

Charger_Fan

Wow, another silver '68 gets rescued, nice job!
What color is the interior? Auto or 4-speed?

*EDIT* Nevermind, looks like it has a black interior?

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

bear

Looks like a big project and a good fine glad to see another one saved.

High Impact

Cool another silver charger.   Mine is a silver #'s matching 440-4sp-Dana car that had sat in a garage since 1976!   Mine has the tail stripe and still had most of the original paint on it.  Great score!!!!!!!!!!!!!
