69 Charger 500 here.

I see that there are 3 69 500/Daytona's that have replied. Who are the others.
Has troy made it over here to this board yet? How about MsMopar? How about Jim who went by 2Daytona?

Yes, yes, and maybe.

I've got a 71 SE 383, affectionately known as the "Superbeast".  Its brown, big, and ugly.  Hope to have the 471 finished by end of this year, but I need some financial inhancements to make that goal.  Anyone with all steel cars interested in starting a car club I'd like to call "Heavy Metal Racing"?

'66 is the best because without them there would be no others.  :nana:

Here we go again.   69 and once again people are double voting on the 68's to make it look like they are in fact truly the year of desire.  When we all know better, right guys! :patriot:   We need to go electronic on this, look what happened to Al Gore?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Nothing more I can say. :yesnod: :P

No argument here! I own a  1 9 7 0 . '68 and 70s are my favorite. 1970 was a great year for mopars in general.
In 1970 ....

The superbird!
Duster 340! :drool5:
Super Bee  :drool5:
Charger with new options such as the 440 six pack, pistol grip, high back buckets, and high impact colors!! OH YES ELECTRIC HEADLIGHTS-NO VACUMN CRAP!!  :nana:

I dont care for the taillight trim on the '70's so I just have the taillight bezels and lenses only. This along with the '68 rear valance replicates the "death proof" film car exactly. Although they used all 3 years in the film (68-9-70).  My cars has combined pieces from all 3 years as well.
"Remember when I said this car was death proof? Well that wasnt' a lie-this car is 100%death proof- only to get the benefit of it honey you really need to be sitting in my seat"...

2much2learn

im one of the (luck) eight who owns a 74, but mine has a 1970 340 4bbl so should i vote for 70 or 74? :scratchchin:

I have 68, 69, and 70 cars. I also have a 69 Daytona so "69 500" can say someone spoke up on the 69 500/Daytona pick.

I like the 68 best of all.  :drool5:
