What are the best for?: Engine oil & trans fluid

I just want to stick to one or two brands and I was curious what you all use and recommend.
1969 Dodge Charger, pseudo General Lee., 1973 ratty Dodge Charger.

its expensive but so was your car so...

it may not be a must but its the best, they do all kinds of fluids, oil, lubes, tranny, steering...

in my estimation thats the way to go

 Royal purple is good oil for sure,  But its Brad Penn that I will use .  :Twocents:

I tend to use Valvoline for both, they've served me well so far.

i use dexron 3 for trans, now, there's the dexron trans fluids that say that they work for dexron 3, 2, etc...are those safe to use?

and as far as oil, synthetic blend? full synthetic?

Brad Penn is some nice oil, pricey, but well worth it if you have a flat tappet cam.  It has more than enough zinc in it.

Thats what I use, and I still throw in a bottle of additive ( eos or comp cams)
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............
