What would you do if a member here posted an ad that was knowingly false by both the seller and yourself?

Post the facts for everyone to see

Since I have no way of knowing if the person who posted the ad would do that knowingly, I would first politely inform them about it. If that doesn't work I would just report it to the mods. How come? Is there an ad with false information on here right now?
