I have some Japanese stuff from the movie when it was released over there but nothing in my collection looks like that.  I wonder if it's just something somebody made up?

it looks like a DVD case... you can see the wrapper

Which is why I'm wondering if it's just something that was made up.  It has that "homemade" dvd look to it IMO.

Pretty cool image, but those look like newer cop cars. And I thought all of the yellow Chargers had bumper guards...
