It is a replica.

No problems (this time) running the lights, but they are not usually used. Just did it for the video.

Is that you on the left?

Sweet video!  that is real film and not digital is it not?

This was shot in digital.

What was the vertical line on the right hand side of the video then that similated film? :shruggy:

That is way cool.  I hope you get fame with that sweet ride.

Hmmm, nothing was intentionally put there. Except on a few shots the right was cropped a little to conceal an antenna (taking the corner shot it was left in frame).

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you dig it. Just out to have fun.

That's really cool Jim. :2thumbs:

But does it sound like the one in the movie :D

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Thanks!

It actually sounds better than the one in the movie. The Flowmasters are HUGE.

Brock was in tears when he saw it. I asked him what he thought of it and he said "You couldn't get closer without having a time machine."

Lots of crazy stuff went down on this job. The 440 block (now a 502 stroker) was such a tight fit for the engine bay that we had to install it through the sliding door. Lots of power, but as one would imagine, the body is as aerodynamic as a brick. When you get into the 115-120 zone, you have tons of pedal left, but the body isn't really designed for lots of speed, so you feel some scary stuff.

I can only imagine what people thought as you drove down the freeway. My god, our state has a '70's van for an Ambulance! I hope we make it, haha.
That was awesome. People getting out of the way as you drove down the freeway. I guessed it had a big block also, but damn, a 502! AKA the flyin' brick.  :2thumbs:

Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

I think its that way everywhere now. Just having the lights attached to the vehicle without a bag over them can get you pulled over. The Rosco Police cars are worse. Even though it is a 30 year old car, they do not like the blue and red police bars on the roof exposed.

Very cool!  Love the music  :D

What did you use as a chase/camera vehicle?  My first thought was a motorcycle since the forward camera angle looks just like my view through my helmet   :smilielol:
