superstock spring question

got my superstock springs today,new front perches and new longer shocks.
on the new front perches,which eye do i put the front bolt through?i have 14 inch wheels at the moment?
also can i run an adjustable pinion snubber as well?

I don't know on your front perch but a big yes on the snubber.

I was told to put the bolt thru the top hole. It will lower the car alittle. I will be putting on my SS springs in next week.
