valve stem seals?

jsut wondering what kind of valve stem seals anyone would suggest, just redid the heads off my 1970 383.
hold my beer, this is gonna be fun

I always like to run rubber positive seals on the intakes and umbrella's on the exhaust for a normal street and strip motor, and alot of race motors generally goto teflon positive seals on intake and exhaust since part of the reason is usually going to dual or triple valve springs and there isn't enough room to run anything else.
