I have a question about my 1968 Charger headlight harness. My harness is in two sections. They are coneected together by what looks like a factory style plug. When I go to Year Ones website they only show one number for the headlight harness. I really don`t need the hole harness. The harness is worn out from the bulkhead connector at the firewall to where it plugs into the rest of the harness. The rest of the harness goes from this plug to the headlights. The split where the plug is is a little before the battery tray on the inner fender. My question is, is the headlight harness supposed to be all one piece or is it made in two sections. I know the vacuuum hoses are taped to it and I already bought a new repro vacuum harness way back when we were given the chance to purchase these through a group buy here on dodgecharger.com. Thanks.

Back N Black

When you buy the headlight harness from YO it comes in two pieces like you described.  Before i installed mine i removed the cheap vacuum hoses from yearone and installed the correct colored ones from the repo kit that i bought earlier.

Thanks for the info! I was hoping my original wasn`t hacked in the past and made to be in two pieces. I guess I`ll just bite the bullitt and buy a complete new harness.
