found a nice 3rd gen, just would like some help decoding if possible, much appreciated.

1971 Charger

VIN- WS23U1C120053

Tag- (hopefully I can make these out)

It is a little hard to read all of it, but I did some of it, if I read it right.

A couple of things...Plant would be "G" for St.Louis; not C
Should be N41 and N42 for duals and chrome tips.
Seeking information on '69 St. Louis plant VINs, SPDs and VONs. Buld sheets and tag pictures appreciated. Over 3,000 on file thanks to people like you.
