Kinda looks like a factory Dodge wheel.  It's only a tapered hole with a keyway, won't be adaptable for a car very easily.

I am sure anything is possible, if you have the time, money and smarts.

Personally, I'd spend my money on a decent used original and get it restored rather than messin' around with one of those.
