how long have you waited to have your car transported??

a frine of mine is having a car transported by trustytransport. how long has anyone waited for their car once the order was placed and does anyone have any experience using trustytransport?

 i waited a month once  , drove me crazy I was about to go balistic at the end  :Twocents:  it didnt get picked up for 3 weeks once it got picked up things went smooth

I had about that same experience when I got my Charger from Trav  :brickwall: But another time i had a car shipped it came really fast and the driver kept in touch the whole time.

My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Same, car sat for a week at the drop off location and then picked up and dropped off at a hub location and sat for another week. Once picked up from the hub...it was across the country in 3 days.

It took about a week or two to get picked 3 days to ship. From michigan to NJ.

chances are that your car might be somewhere on the road and might not show up soon at all since gas so expensive, trucker might decide to "take a break" if you know what I mean.

hes e-mailed the shipping company and last he heard from them it haden't been assigned to a truck yet... ::)

Took about a month to get my charger shipped from Mississippi to Virginia.  I think they have to wait till they get a number of cars in a given area that need to be picked up.  I used to time to get my garage ready and buy any tools  and parts I knew I would need in advance so I could dive in.

A month from CA to CT from DAS used via ebay and they tore my frame in several spots when I asked them not to chain it.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
