ok my rear windshield frame is rotted bad. I.ve seen deck filler panels and sail panels for sale. do the sail panels have the lip for the glass? and does any one sell the roof top channel. also is there an inner lip or just the one lip? mine is so rotted its hard to tell.  Thanks

Rusty, I'm not sure if the sail panels come with the window channel or not. Auto Metal Direct has the lower corner filler pieces available (Link).   The rest of the channel that's needed would probably have to be fabricated yourself or by a seasoned pro.  I don't think any of the areas you are asking about are available in repro parts accept the lower corners below.  Maybe someone with better info will chime in to help.  Hope this helps.  Ted

Then I guess I'll get to improve my fabrication skills. any idea what gauge metal to use?    Thanks

Those corners will not work on the Charger.  Their full quarters do have the window channel.  They also have a roof piece, but unsure if it has the channel.  I believe AMD has both the dutchman panel with the window channel and the piece that goes under it.  There is somebody out there making a piece for the upper and if you do a search on here you should be able to find it.  However, I do not thing it is worth the money.

I found the upper roof channel it's made by auto body specialist. and after checking AMD's web page I did see where the corners say excepct charger. thanks for info

Be prepared to do some modifications to that Auto Body Specialties upper channel. Its a very poor replacement. The radius isn't right and the depth of the channel is wrong making the piece to high with the roof. I ended up fabricating my own.
The sail panels do have the window ledge on them.

yeah i heard it would need tweaking. but buying the metal then the tools to make one would cost more than buying one and modifying it. but thanks for the heads up. I called auto body specs they will be at carlisle next weekend. if I can't find one there I'll just buy from them.

I have the deck filler panel from Charger Specialties for sale, I have the sail panel patches as well but they are pending sale right now.  If interested send me a pm.  Thanks  Matt

There seems to be an inner channel that was underneath the window channel that was on the sail panel and deck filler. It is in bad shape anyone make there own I could use some ideas. should I replace it or just use the channel that comes with the new parts?  Thanks

here you can see some of the channel that is gone.

My corners weren't quite that bad but I pieced them in. You could do the same. I made my bottom channel.

now is that just one layer? or did you make your own channel and then put the replacement over top your own?   and what gauge metal did you use?

I saved the inner bottom channel. I drilled holes in the channel I made to spotweld to the existing one.
