pulley confussion

ok got a two groove water pump pulley,a two groove alt pulley,4-groove crank pulley,and finally a single pulley for my p/s

my water pump,alt,crank line up in the second groove.my power steering pump only lines up in the same groove.i have seen all the diagrams of the pulley setup...

do i need different pulleys.....

Anthony,

You have the wrong pullies. The crank should have 2 grooves, the waterpump a single groove and the P/S pump a single groove as well. The alternator can have 1 or 2 grooves...doesn't matter.

The long belt goes around the crank > waterpump > alternator

The short belt goes from the crank (2nd groove) > P/S pump
