I owned a 66 Impala in highschool. And when first opening this thread that's what I thought when I saw the picture of that well used brake pedal. And considering a 66 was used in the movie to start with.

Check a few posts back. The answer was the '59 El Camino that the film crew used to haul cameras around (and to tow disabled cars).

      Yeah probably. The pedal would have seen "15 years?" of use by the time that seen was filmed if it was the El camino. It does look pretty worn.
