Where can I find the specs

I want to check the setup of my 3.55 gears that I bought and I just was wondering can anybody send me in the right way for setting up the back lash for these 3.55 gears in a 741 third member it is going in my 68 charger thanks

Do you have access to a factory shop manual?  That would be the most comprehensive info.

I set the backlash at .010...it's done by adj one carrier brg as a stop and then bringing the other to wards it to bring the proper preload to the carrier brgs...
With a stock 3.55 gear you better set the backlash at .007.
