                                          Has been much colder then normal here[many nights below zero, and that's not Celsius, meaning [expletive deleted] cold] ......easy to forget others are in the heat and fire danger.......

                                                 its their  3rd heatwave 40*C+ for days , as bad as black Saturday again   

          we've got it much better on the coast only 30-35 * most days and a sea breeze    not a howling nor'easter that switches to a strong southerly in the afternoon blowing the fires in another direction 
                                                                   

                                                   just summer days  in paradise  the other end of the country is drowning (monsoon)

                                              Where I live......rarely gets dry enough for a big fire to break out. Last few years, we have had more then our share of floods though.
