Anyone have an actual paint code for this matte black used on the 72-74 Charger Bulge hoods? I figure someone has a PPG code or some other paint manuf. I'm assuming it will be a laquer paint. Can any one help me out? Thanks in advance.  Lyle

Thanks for your response. I actually own a body shop. What I am looking for is an exact paint code which is correct to specs for this particular application. It appears everyone repainting these hoods uses their "own formula". I see more of that than anything. Not that they probably don't look correct, Thanks, Lyle

not too much info about, however, I know somebody posted around once blueprints about 72s blackouts. Probably there is the formula

Here is the info about 6 pack lift off hoods, but I believe it's the same paint used on all blackouts and spoilers.
