Help me finish my 383 for cheap!

Okay, for starters it's a '71 forged crank 383 HP that's been rebuilt and is currently a long block.

I have:

Intake, rockers, air cleaner, carb, valve covers, oil pan, and camshaft

I THINK I need:

water pump and housing
ignition setup
harmonic damper thingy
dipstick
starter
alternator
PS pump
fuel pump
fuel lines
valley pan hold downs
mounts

Alright, first off:

What should I do about the water pump and housing? Can I get the complete setup from a parts store? Is that the cheapest route? Any high flow options out there? Are they worth it?

As for ignition: I don't even know where to start. Distributor? Electronic or points? What's the cheapest route? What all do I need?

Harmonic damper: Where do I get it and what do I need? Again, looking for the cheapest route.

Fuel pump: Was thinking a mechanical pump would do. . . it's a stout engine but nothing crazy. What should I use?

Valley pan hold downs: Where can I get some for a 383? 440source has them for the RB's but not the B blocks.

Mounts: Will parts store mounts be just fine? Or should I get some solid ones? Are there any for a decent price?

And last, is there anything I'm overlooking?

Right on!

. . . what is the intermediate shaft?

Turns off cam shaft to drive the oil pump and distributor.
