hi i have a 1973 charger whit a 400 smogger whit headers and 4 port edelb can i take the smogg away egr? how can i rebuilt this engine or is it better to change to 1969 not smogg? thanks eddy sweden sorry bad spell

simple fix, replace the stock intake with a edlebrock TM7 or holley street dominator, put a slightly better cam in, maybe something in the .493/.503 range, top it with a holley dominator or proform 650.
