It's been a while, but if I'm not mistaken, the bushing should press up tight to the #1 shoulder. Installed, the K-frame should snug up to the #3 shoulder. There should be a gap between #2 & #3 once it's installed.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

bushing will fit by itself up must be arrive, don't worry. You simply won't be able more than that

Ok i think i found my problem but im not sure how to fix it ,I thought something was wrong with  how the bushing was placed because when i had the shaft pressed into lower control arm and  when i would run it through the kmember the stud would stick out about a 1/2 further then the threads where and bolt would not tighten up against the kmember ,then i noticed on the passenger side there looks to be theres a sleeve inside the kmember and a flange part that the back of stud buts up to and without it the shaft goes to far into the kmember and will not tighten . :brickwall:  need info on what i need to do

bushing inner sleeve stops against ring #1
ring #3 stops against the tube welded into the k-frame
thus leaving a gap to allow the control arm to pivot without hitting the k-frame
