Any good body/restoration shops in western NY?

Any good body/restoration shops in western NY? I had my car painted a few yrs ago, but I'm not happy w/results so I'm looking again. I'd like a place that's willing to give a rough quote(exact quote is impossible I know). I  have a few places I'm talking w/that are currently busy. I would like to reassemble the car, but is physically impossible by myself, so I would like a shop that may allow me to help a little. I know I'm asking way too much. 
Side note, the new full qtrs have given me new hope.
