It's a joke. The last page of each AutoWeek edition contains some "goofy" stuff. The Charger ad was under their section titled Immortal Glassy-Eyeds. Next to it was a picture of a very rusty mid 50's Pontiac sitting in a field. Written on the side glass was "for sale & no rust".
