April 08  will make 24 years for me and 314000 miles

On the positive side the old Shelby got me through school.

                    four years of Airforce.

Moved all my stuff 3000 miles to California in the back of this car.

Move again 3000 miles two years later.

and then again to two more states.

In all 23 years of daily commuting,

finally retired  the Shelby in 08 from the daily grind.

Jusy came off of 13 yrs with my 69 383.

7 or 8 years with my R/T. It seems like half of that for some reason???

I think I've had my 68 for maybe 3?

sick dawg

I've had my charger for three years and just hit the road for the first time a few days before Christmas! :woohoo:

I believe I got mine in 2003. It's been too many rebuilds and too many dollars. At least I own it for now. How many people can say they have a 69 Charger. I wouldn't trade my massive headache for anything.
If it ain't wide open; it ain't running.        Rule number one in motocross racing: Pin it; row the gear box; and wait until you hit something.     At work my motto is: If you need me, call someone else.

A whole 4 months, been through Hell and back, plan on having it on the road early spring looking sharp, and actually moving.  Longest I ever owned a car at all was 7 years, my 57 Chevy Nomad  ( I was 18) .  I plan on this car, or at least owning a 69 Charger to be the longest ever until I pass this Earth.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

I think it will be 7 years this summer since it came off an OPEN trailer from Canada.  :punkrocka:  I drive by the spot it was dropped off all the time and still get a little emotional.  :P

87 shelby charger  have had for 20 years now  , 69 charger 6 months

GO SELL CRAZY SOMEWHERE ELSE WE ARE ALL STOCKED UP HERE

69_500

Bought the Charger 500 in July of 2004, so it will be 4 years coming up here pretty soon. Had the sunroof car for 2 years before that. The longest I owned any car was a 1987 Shelby GLHS Charger #208. I bought it in 1997 and sold it in 2003. Everything else is lucky if it makes it 1-2 years.

0X01B8

Almost exactly 17 years since I bought it and almost exactly 40 years since they built it.

mikesbbody
