Did my 70 440 charger have a fan clutch. if so does anyone have a pic of the fan or measurement of the hole in the fan also how long is the spacer or is there one?

Yours is a four speed right?  If it is, it should be a clutch fan IIRC, no spacer and I can't tell you much more about it.
