Cars in Barns...but not like you're thinking...

This weekend I fired up the Charger and got her washed off for an extended naptime until I can finish her insides.  Took a couple of pictures of her, but also thought I would take a shot or two of our whole Mopar stable, which does in fact reside in a barn  :icon_smile_big:  The two Roadrunners are unrestored at this point but are in pretty solid shape and devoid of anything more than a little surface rust.  The truck, of course, is simply awaiting assembly.  The only cars missing from the shot are my brother's 68 Fury and a couple of our other old Mopar trucks.  So, here is our stable, and just for grins, I will throw in the other pics of my Charger  :icon_smile_big:

Enjoy  :)

Oh yeah, the additional wood in the barn is part of the ongoing construction we are doing on it...it isn't quite finished yet ;)

Yeah,
That hood performance treatment is pretty Groovy but I'd have to agree with Silver r/t on doing it black.
Interesting though.

At first, I was thinking that barn sure looked drafty, but then I saw the plastic on the walls, that probably helps. :icon_smile_big:

That's a clean Charger you have! I kinda like the hood stripes & how they tie in with the tail panel, it's different. Did you buy it that way, or do it yourself?

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Bought it that way.  It belonged to a paint/body guy and he was experimenting with it.  The eventual plan is to repaint the hood in solid yellow and to do the tail in the stock black.  Until then, I just have to settle for "unique"  :-\

We are still finishing the front.  The barn is airtight, though, and fits all the Mopars in one spot  ;)

Neat pics.

Is the truck F6?

The truck is actually called "Limefire Pearl"...it is a bright lime green, but looks almost gold in the sun.

what type of stripe is that and how was it painted like that?

The stripe is just a redish bronze metallic paint.  The hood call outs are the same cherry/bronze on a white background.  The background has the cherry/bronze faded in from the sides and there is a marble looking paint spatter over the white.  I have seen this marblized effect on other cars, especially in the interior and it has looked really cool.  On the Charger, it just doesn't quite fit  :-\
