good flush mounted garage door openers

Hey gang..
Looking to move into the new house here soon.. Need to get a garage door opener, but would like some input from ya'll.. The garage is finished, so I need a flush-mounted type.. Browsing around Home Dept, I've come across different versions.. There was the chain, belt and screw operated types... Any pro's and con's on either?

All I can say Troy is if you can get one that some one can come out and install for you, I'd go for that.
Garage door openers are a pain in the butt to install unless you have someone else helping you.
I put mine in myself and it ended up being an 8 hour project.

I had a chain operated opener and when that bit the dust I switched to the screw operated type. Much quieter.
