who sells windshields

is there any place in the ny/ nj area that sells windshields for a 69 charger , all the online places want 125 + just to ship.
is there a cheaper way

just call any good reputable glass shop. Most can still get windshields for our cars, and usually they are reasonably priced out here. I know Pilkington and PPG both makes glass for a 69 RR, so im sure they still make them for chargers too.

I got one for my 69 from Pilkington, cost about $75.

Pilkington is a glass brand . which should be available from most glass shops.

Grab the phone book and go thru the glass section till you have three quotes. Price does vary, some of them are alot prouder than others.
Shouldn't have to much trouble locating the glass.

There is a thread on here somewhere on different thickness of the glass. Be sure to get a matching gasket or you will be like some of our other fellows on here.......

thats why you pay the glass shop to install it. if it leaks they gotta make it stop. haha

I never get my Charger wet, no rain or water wash, so how would I know if a glass shop did a good seal? 
Is it better or the same to get a nice used date coded windshield or a after market? I do not show my Charger so I guess it would not matter?
