And the likelihood of me getting another award when you're around lessens and lessens.   :smilielol:

Seriously, looking forward in crossing paths one day at a show............

Brandon, I have been away for awile and I'm just seeing your latest post.  WOW, that 69 is looking FANTASTIC!!!  Your pictures remind me of when I was finishing up my 68 Charger.  Congrats on the progress, before you know it you will be buring rubber  :2thumbs:

You don't even know!  I plan on doing burnouts through town the first day we get it home in hopes of getting a ticket and then plastering it on the windshield!  After all of this - I deserve it!!!

Troy - don't worry, you still have a pointy nose, plug and wing-up on me! (and actually, TWO plugs now that you've got the C500 stable mate - congrats, btw!)

Hi bzabodyn.
Beautiful job you are doing! What was done to your steering box ,coupler and column. Are they media blasted and left bare? They look great.

Yes, basically - plus they are treated with a rust inhibitor before detailing (see transmission in upcoming pics)

In related news - Craig Wood from American Classic Cars (scammer) was sentenced to 42yrs in the state prison - may he rot there!

The son's trial will be set on May 5th - he's next!!!

(Those in the Houston area may have seen the story on the nightly news, if not, here's the link: http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/story?section=news/local&id=7384688)

Everything looks really nice!

I spy Diamond Back Classics white stripe radials (made from BF Goodrich Radial T/A's). :2thumbs:

The whitestripe/roadwheel combo is my favorite - but I like the redlines/dog dish on that car also.

This Charger right here is a one of none, that means none before it, none to come.

bzabodyn

Thanks - everything's coming along nice and smooth... should have the hood/fenders/doors painted and installed next week and interior to follow... few bits and pieces still floating around waiting to get back or things we had to order, but should have everything in the next couple of weeks and within a month this Beast should be rolling again!

Not much to report on the last couple of weeks... until now finally - They had some cars come in that were going to an auction on the East Coast that they had to do some last minute things on so the HEMI sat for a couple of weeks.  They have now painted the rest of the sheetmetal (doors/fenders/hood) and they got all the chrome back after some delays... just trying to track down some of the last few parts to finish things out (jack assembly/spare wheel, tire - if anyone has one or knows where I can find one, please let me know!) Took forever to find stupid brake pads for the 4 piston Bendix calipers too!!!

Thanks for the great updates.  Looks like brand new.  ;D
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
